The idea for the project arose from my direct experience as a user of the service.
After using the current system for several weeks, I identified recurring issues during training, especially when accessing videos from external documents and losing my place in the routine.
This experience was complemented by informal conversations with other users of the service, confirming that the problems were not isolated, but recurring.
Use of multiple platforms for a single experience.
Constant loss of context when switching between exercises and videos.
Difficulty resuming the routine once interrupted.
Lack of visibility of training progress.
Process not very scalable for the trainer.
